About Our Founder

Strategic Tax Services was founded by Deborah Davis, CPA, CMI. Deborah has worked extensively with health care, senior housing, hotel, office, retail, and manufacturing properties. Her experience in real estate provides her with the skills to negotiate lower tax values at informal levels and defend values before Boards of Appeal.
